The Executive Finish offers homeowners a chance to work with top award winning designers. Our hand selected designers are exclusively dedicated to helping homeowners that want to spend $75K and up for a finished basement.

The process starts by having one of our basement finishing experts come to your home to gather information and discuss your home improvement plans. Once we understand the scope of your project we align you with the right designer. Not all designers are the same; we believe it's very critical that the right basement designer be paired with you with for your project to deliver your desired results.

We will need to collect a $1,500 commitment fee while your basement is being professionally designed. This fee is applied to the project when it starts. Once your custom plans are finished we give you a full bid to complete your newly designed basement.

A project manager will be assigned to oversee the finishing of your basement from start to finish. The project manager will be onsite everyday to ensure that the project runs quickly and smoothly. Before you know it your newly finished basement will be done in about 8-12 weeks, depending on the size of your project.
